Dr. Jessie Garcia is a Board Certified Psychologist (ABPP) in Behavior and Cognitive Psychology, which is a specialty expertise that distinguishes him from other psychologists. He is also a ​EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist, well-versed in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), and employs research-supported interventions tailored to meet clients’ preferences, goals, and personalities.


By applying his clinical wisdom, the best available research, along with his genuinely caring approach, Dr. Garcia is committed to getting you the relief you seek. He provides a supportive and compassionate space where you can comfortably build trust and open communication. He will always meet you where you are emotionally. Collaboratively, you and Dr. Garcia will explore various treatment options, including therapies of proven success (i.e., Evidence-Based Psychotherapies) and select the best therapy for you. You will always be fully informed as to the direction of treatment.
